General Booking Terms and Conditions
Brasserie B’Art, Neuchâtel
These general booking terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions") govern online table reservations at Brasserie B’Art in Neuchâtel. By making an online reservation, you accept these Conditions and agree to abide by them. We invite you to read them carefully.
1. Reservations
Reservations made via the form or by email must be submitted no later than noon on the day of the reservation..
Reservations are accepted for a minimum group of 4 people for dining and of 10 people for dinks. pour boire un verre. The consumption of platters or shared flammkuchen is not considered a meal.
In case of non-compliance with the rules, we reserve the right to allocate your table to other guests.
Reservations are available within the time frame from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
2. Opening hours
Brasserie B’Art is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
The kitchen closes at 10:15 PM. The last order for dinner must be placed before this time.
3. Delays
In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notification, Brasserie B’Art reserves the right to allocate the reserved table to other customers.
4. Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only when the customer has received a confirmation message by email or phone.
5. Cancellation
In case of cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible so that your table can be assigned to other customers.
In principle, and unless otherwise specified, no cancellation fees will be charged. In case of doubt, please contact our establishment for further details.
6. Remedies
Any recourse is excluded concerning online reservations unless expressly provided for by applicable law.
7. Modifications
Brasserie B’Art reserves the right to amend these Conditions at any time. The conditions in effect at the time of booking will apply.
